Apparently drive through is the only thing that matters here now. Stood at the counter and just watched 4 people making orders and the drive through going non stop. Finally I just asked if someone would take my order and the drive through person said to wait even longer until the cars were taken car

This one is Usually pretty fast but this night was a very long wait. However for the long wait they did offer me a free large soft drink. Very Good customers service
This location has never failed me. I almost always use drive through so I don’t know a lot about walk in service. The food is always hot, fast and as expected (not missing forks, napkins, etc). The servers have all been friendly and courteous with very little turnover (at least in the mornings). I r
Quick service, and compared to most Taco Bells, the sizes of the menu items ie: meat fillings,were not as chintzy!
I had eaten at this location of Taco Bell before, and had very good luck. Today, however, I went in and was all but ignored, and then when the young man came to take my order, he charged me almost $3 for a simple bean burrito. I ordered two, and a small Coke, and it was almost $8. That is ridiculous
This is one of my favorite Taco Bell stores. Usually no drive through wait, and the food is not skimped on portion size. The one in Cornelius is usually a lot busier and longer wait.
I ordered a crunchwrap got the wrapper but not the crunchwrap. I also ordered one soft Taco got a burrito instead. The cook gave me a dirty look the entire time and said "You paid now go!" I'm never eating at this location again. Plain and simple.
Thank you taco bell!! I accidentally ordered incorrectly and when I got to the window I told them what I THOUGHT I ordered so they re-made the food to what I wanted! Then for the wait (which it was my fault so I was just fine waiting) he even offered me taco bell coupons! The guy was super friendly
