Excellent customer service! Ordered two cheese steaks to go, got home and discovered that one had onions and peppers in it (I had ordered it plain with just cheese and steak). Called the manager Tommy and explained the situation; he was so nice and offered me a replacement sandwich at no charge.

I never leave 1 star reviews but we ordered online and it was supposed to be ready at 2. Husband spent 30 minutes waiting after we arrived at 2. Many people came in, ordered, got their food and left while he waited. No issues with our order were communicated to him, so no idea why it took so long. S
