I've been a customer for many years now and came in to grab a sandwich for lunch when I heard the owner publicly berate a doordash driver for being late by 3 minutes and 26 seconds while he was picking up a delivery. Customer service level was beyond poor. Guy behind the counter made snooty comments to myself and my buddy. Not my fault or any of the other customers fault that you’re working a solo shift. You still have to have customer service skills. Sandwich was ok. First time in and won’t be back.
