The African American lady at McDonald's yesterday afternoon had a very Impeccable and impressive attitude. I wasn't having a good day and when she had offered her bubbly personality it lifted my spirits. I have never came up on an employee like her. She is so awesome and I needed that. Thank you....
These 2 employees were goofing off on their phones instead of giving me my food which was ready. Apparently they work drive thru and are not allowed to hand out fron counter orders.
Can dine in but no longer able to self serve drinks.
Drive thru lines not working but instead of closing the lane they let people sit there and build a huge angry line. Go inside to order. Poor employees don’t seem to have enough support and are frantic. Fries are so well done they’re inedible. Burger was frantically thrown together. Just threw out
Slow service. Great prices. Mediocre food. McChicken worth the 80 cents I paid for it .
Disappointed. We went through the drive through this morning. First the lid of the coffee popped off and scalded my husband. We ordered sausage egg mcmuffins but received ham. Both sandwiches had bits of eggshells in them. The coffee was good ergo the 2 stars. Fast service but poor quality.

Ok, ok. The breakfast menu is kinda good. But like... Mostly, it's just that you're everywhere. Also, now that I have your stupid app on my phone and there's all these points .... Who am I to turn down free food?
