BBQ chicken pizza $20.49+tip and there's no cheese, little chicken & onions. This should be sold as BBQ bread w/chicken & onions as a side. Do better, Pizza Hut. This is not good value for the money we paid.
I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and double bacon, and they didn't give me any bacon, the app told me it was ready and it took 15 more minutes, and the service in the store was very bad, so I don't recommend it

I was trying Pizza hut after quite a long gap. I ordered a large stuffed crust Pizza. The quality has deteriorated a lot. The crust was thin and dry. Looks like they have significantly reduced the amount of cheese that goes on the pizza.
Heres the double cheesy crust pizza that was a replacement for an entire different order that they messed up twice. I called at 9 p.m. and I ordered told him that I would be there at 10 to pick it up. At 9:45 I showed him to the restaurant and she began to explain my pizza had a few more minutes. Af
I got my pizza in 30 minutes, and it was so hot I HAD TO LET IT COOL DOWN. I am always excited for pizza, but this time was extra special. Plus the delivery guy was super nice. 😊
Text for pickup does not work. Have to call. Pointed this out to the store employee who didn't act like he could do anything about it and was disinterested.
Pizza was undercooked, no marinara sauce applied to both tastemaker large pizzas. Terrible taste, expensive but poor quality. Avoid.
