I really like Arby's. They are extremely high but they do have good food. Found out that they did away with the potato cakes. Those were just sooo good. Gonna miss that. I had a French Dip with swiss.... Au jus to dip it in. Totally off the chain. Yummy! I also got their sliders roast beef slide

An ordered item is nearly always missing. Plastic bags are being used with french fries thrown on the bottom that fall out. Wish they had better customer service. Fish sandwiches were good.

The food was clearly not fresh and they didn't ring up the food correctly. Not to mention the wait. I normally love Arby's but today was not the best.

Their food wasn't hot their milkshake wasn't mixed up all the way but overall the quality of the food was good I would say

Not good. Unfriendly staff. Raw uncooked meat. Got another sandwich not any better. Staff very rude!

Mckenzie is very polite and sweet with us when it came to our order. We got the honey boneless wings and didn't realize it was hot honey. When we came back through she gave us plain instead and even suggested to use the salad ranch packets for the hot honey wings so it wouldn't be so hot. Very great
