Every time I order on the app it never comes through on their screen. One time the lady understood after I showed her it on my phone, and made the order anyways before it popped up. A different Lady refused to make my food until it came through on the screen.
They messed up my order, then we’re extremely rude when I told them and showed my receipt. Not to mention I was the only one in the drive through. It was a male, teen w almost shoulder length brown hair. If I could give negative stars I could. Absolute horrible costumer service. Do better
They have kiosks to place your order. I want to pay cash instead of using my card. I personally feel that if Taco Bell cares about their customers, they would eliminate the kiosks and have employees to take your order. Shame on Taco Bell.
