Excellent food and ambience. Has a selection of fresh pasta, crepes (savory and sweet), 'crepe pizza', and a few other items. Very fresh tasting. Highly recommend the ravioli appetizer. Several vegetarian options and at least one listed vegan option.

Slow and laid back vibe witin a beautiful building. We had the eggs Benedict crepe which was just the right amount of tart and rich. Crepes kind of have the texture closer to tortillas than omelette. No straws in the water, a good touch.

A hidden treasure in downtown hilo. Friendly staff and charming decor. Best brunch option in town. Mimosas, French crepes and escargot. I wish I took more pictures.

Delicious breakfast and great service! We especially liked being able to watch the crepes being made from our seats.

Great food and dessert. Nice waiters but really slow service. I would still recommend it though.

The food was delicious and the helpings generous. We had the homemade pasta - yummy! The crepes were very good as well as one person in our party had a crepe and we shared a dessert crepe. Lovely atmosphere with mellow live music. A great setting, ambience, service, and food.

Happened to choose this place since it offered buckwheat for those of us with gluten allergies, ended up spending nearly two hours relaxing and enjoying the ambiance and live music. Service was slow, but cordial and helpful with questions. As a small place with only three total people, the wait for the food was worth it. Our party had the polish, Spanish flamenco, Russian beef stroganoff crepes, along with fresh made tagliatelle pasta dishes. All were very good.

I've been on the Big Island for almost a week and by far this is hands down the best place to eat. Not only is the decor quaint but it makes you feel like you are in Paris. We ordered a couple of dinner crepes along with deserts and it was amazing! Be sure to bring a wheel barrow because you will need it! They start you off with some amazing bread and the dinner portions are huge! Great decor, great staff, and AMAZING food!

I love the eggs Benedict for breakfast and the pasta for dinner is always fresh and delicious. It is a small restaurant with a small staff so sometimes there is a wait for your food to come out. BUT, it’s worth the wait. Unique sauces and wonderful salads. I usually don’t like live music indoors but the musician place soft, mellow music which inhances the ambience. love this place! Give it a try if you are looking for something different and off the beaten path. They are more than just crepes.

Went here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. There was charming live music in the back and the server and chef were welcoming and attentive. I was so happy to see a vegan AND gluten free crepe on the menu. I got the garbanzo flour vegan crepe and it was so delicious!!!

Loved this place. Ate there twice during our Hilo stay. Great food, the fresh pasta with pesto is amazing. Agree, service was a little slower when it was busy but for a single chef and server they did an amazing job. Live music with dinner was a nice touch as well. Highly recommend!

We were here for any early dinner. It's off the beach so it seems like people don't come here, but we had a very nice meal! We tried: - small house salad, very nice homemade dressing, clever presentation - Crepe Provincal (with chicken), piping hot and delicious. Could have used a little salt but otherwise great. The full crepe is plenty of food, so if you're not starving consider the half-crepe and salad. - Polish sausage crepe, excellent. - Crepe Vienna for dessert, with apples, creme, and ice cream. Excellent. - We tried glasses of the Cote du Rhone, which was a little on the sweet side but went well with the meal. Food bill was $30 each but that includes salad and desert, so overall good value for the island. If I had a complaint it would be that there was no local fish on the menu. I would have tried something like that if it had been on offer.

I've spent time in France, and this place reminds me of France. I would like it for that reason alone, but another reason is the buckwheat crepes. I eat gluten free so this is very handy. Freshly prepared food and always delicious. And quiet enough to hold a conversation.

We love Le Magic Pan. Superb crepes and great atmosphere. Great breakfast crepes and during lunch or dinner you can have half crepe and half salad. The choices of buckwheat or garbanzo flour crepes are gluten free options or you can have a regular crepe. Great vegan and vegetarian options!
