Great experience on a Saturday night. Such a wide choice of appetizers, sides, and main course selections. I had the Southwest Blackened Chicken salad. It is huge and just delicious. Service was outstanding making for a perfect evening out.

Terrific cuisine and service. We thoroughly enjoy the well managed and staffed LagerHead Tavern on Hilton Head Plantation. Wether you are golfing or just want to enjoy their cool dining room, bar, or shady covered patio. The food and drinks are wonderful as the friendly welcoming staff.
Forgot to bring one of our meals, probably was not ordered by our waitress, and came after we were all done, but the manager took it off the bill and the waitress paid for a beer. On a golf course, so beautiful setting!
I had an amazing experience at the LagerHead Tavern. The food was great, but the star of the show was our server, Mary. She made my family feel welcomed and comfortable, while letting her personality shine through. She was positive, helpful, and gave us a good laugh. Thank you for a great experience

Had some great pub grub here and the view of the course is beautiful. LagerHead is a great place to hang out and have a cocktail, or to grab some quick takeout. We really enjoyed the pasta diamare, their burgers are decent too. Finally, cheesecake and chocolate torte for dessert.
Great food, service, outdoor ambience. The blackened grouper sandwich was magnificent. Amanda was our delightful server who made the entire experience.
We have eaten here several times and reach time it was excellent. Love their chicken piccata, and the Sunday special where you get a free bottle of wine with 2 entrees! Just had their Fryday fish and chips special for $10...very good and filling.
My second visit was as delightful as my first! Excellent food, good prices. I enjoyed the salmon salad.

The quality of their food is excellent. Especially the Ribs and the Chicken Piccata. During peak dining times on the island, it is easier to dine here because this restaurant has a more remote location.
