Arianna is the best bartender/server. Always on the ball! Knows exactly when you need something!
My mom and I recently went to Bertuccis for dinner before Christmas. I believe Peg was our waitress. She was so sweet! She came right over, took our drink order and our food order. Food was delicious. She even sent over to manager to our table. She told us that we were the best customers she had all night. I told her she was so wonderful that I would drive 45 mins just to have the excellent service we had. Thank you! We will be returning!:)

We love Bertucci's . We were seated right away. The waitress came right over asked us if we wanted drinks. She brought us the delicious rolls and oil. I had the veal part and spaghetti. I took half home because I was so full. It was delicious! My partner had chicken scampi which she finished. Food is always delicious. Great service great food. I even used a coupon. Saved 15%.
A nice dinner with the family. The meals were excellent. How can you go wrong :)

Really like this Bertucci's. These chain Italian restaurants are usually the same but the service here is excellent. Great location means that it fills quick and early

We stopped by after the movies in between lunch and dinner. It wasn't busy at all and got seated immediately. Our waitress was great and got us everything we needed. The good was also great. I tried one of the pizzas off the new menu called "cacio e pepe". The crust was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I would definitely go back again and try one of the other new pizzas. The brick oven makes a difference getting the crisp of the crust.
Went for lunch. Had the Menucci pizza and salad. Pizza very good as always. Salad has been engineered downward to be comparable to a McDonald's side salad. Son had pasta dish which he loved. Wife had chef type salad which looked great and she loved. Meals took a long time to be brought out which could be a problem for working folks grabbing lunch. Facilities are a little worn down, not surprising as this chain gets passed from one private equity firm to another and they skimp on upkeep. With 2 cokes and tip and no alcohol the bill came to $65 which is pricey for anyone looking for a good reasonably priced lunch.
Food was good and service was very friendly and professional. Brick oven pizza was nice. Small pizza size perfect for individual meal. Would recommend this location for friends and family night out
This place has the best food on earth. Waiters are always very nice and checked up on us often! They are great for team dinners (they always manage to get us a table at short notice) . Will definitely keep eating here!!!!
The service was good, with food arriving hot and fresh to the table. There was a miscommunication on my part about a drink I wanted and the waiter quickly fixed that and took it off the bill. Would recommend going there as they treat their customers well.
