I was pleased that Sue the manager made a unhappy situation a HAPPY experience at this location. Someone forgot to put my tea bags in my medicine ball and she corrected the problem the next day and I’m very grateful as I purchase this drink everyday. Thank you Sue/Maria!! Toni is a happy camper!!!
Considering it’s called a “shaken” tea it should be made in the shaker. Saw the barista just put tea, lemonade, and peach juice directly into cup. You pay for the drink to be made correctly. Not cool.
The service from the employees is always excellent, but this particular time I had a little girl steal my vape from my table and go running out of the establishment I was completely outraged.
