Review Subway - Hinsdale

Asked for a Chipotle Southwest Steak Wrap just the way Subway lists it, except easy on the jalapeños. He screwed up his face, said he can’t hear me, “You said no jalapeños and lots of mayo???!!!” He had ear buds in listening to something on his phone. Asked what kind of cheese I wanted, I said whatever Subway has listed for it. He said Subway doesn’t list the ingredients for their products “I just put what you want on them.” I said hold on, I’ll look it up, he said he was putting American on it, I said no, hold on. He put it on anyway and threw it in the oven. I pulled up the Subway site and said they have Monterey Cheddar listed. He angrily threw away the American and puts cold pepper jack on it asks what I wanted for vegetables, then argued that it was Monterey Cheddar. He followed that up with “Subway doesn’t have Monterey Cheddar!” I pointed out the Monterey Cheddar and he snapped “That isn’t Monterey Cheddar, that’s called shredded cheese!!!!”. I should of walked out, it got worse from there. With everything else, he proceeded to throw a handful of jalapeños on my wrap. It’s one of the saddest looking things I’ve ever gotten from a Subway. With all the other choices here, keep on walking. “Server #43” was obviously trained by the management and directly represents their low level of service to offer you.

They should have a sign where it says they don’t accept any coupons before customers order Not after I ordered they told me they do not accept any coupons from subway owners rules

Unhelpful employee apparently can't read a rewards card--one that has plenty of money left on it, but apparently she's "never seen a giftcard like that before" so it won't work.

They don’t accept any subway coupons and they said they don’t care subway corporations rules cuz this one own by a private owner

Dad and I got chips and a cookie here. We passes yo the sandwiched because we had already eaten. Good food. Fresh cookie!

They got me in and out quickly with food... A smile on all their faces the whole way through. Great customer service!

Great costumer service. Best subway sandwich i have ever ate.

Cost more for a 6-inch here than it does for a footlong at other subways avoid this place if you can
