Pretty good. Everytime I come to cookout I get the pull pork plate with fries with a drink and maybe a shake (depending on how I feel) it was a very busy night tonight when I came to get my food, customer service was really good for it to be as many people in the drive through! Spent about $10, prices are reasonable especially for some quick bbq food! I’m impressed! A lot of fast food places would be rude and rushing you and even messing up orders, but I received good customer service here! Food is always good and fresh! 4 stars because it was packed and we waited in line for longer than expected but that’s not their fault, also the fries are crinkled and normally it’s just regular fries. Would recommend!
I love this franchise. Sometimes you're just in the mood for some cheap food, and Cook Out never disappoints. You get what you pay for and a little more. But I was particularly impressed with the service at this location. A gentleman in a purple polo served us and he was excellent, as were the rest of the staff.
I'm genuinely impressed with how quality the folks who work here are. Not sure if that's a testament to amazing management, good corporate perks, decent pay, or what, but something here is working very, VERY well. Kudos to everyone who works at this Cook Out! Y'all are rock stars!
I absolutely adore the staff here! I'm a difficult customer. I know I am. My order is always complicated. I have extra this, no that and as many cups of ice as I can order without feeling like a total pain in the ... All that being said, my order is always prompt, fresh, accurate, served with a smile and friendly staff. I absolutely adore them! They brighten my day and ruin my diet!

The food was hot and amazing! And the milk shakes! Just hold on a hot minute! The shake we got was banana pudding, and damn did it taste good, and by good I mean, Muuuummmmmmmmmm!
So happy to see the dining room open again. My daughter and I enjoyed lunch there this week. Quick service, friendly staff, good food for the price.
