Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse - Hixson - Photo album

This was my first time eating here and it was absolutely wonderful!! The man cooking put on a great show for us and was polite. Our waitress was attentive and kind. I ordered the Lunch Steak and Chicken with Fried Rice! It was delicious - meat was cooked perfectly!! Highly recommend.
This place has always been great. The food was wonderful and I love how it's cooked in front of you. It was busy when I came but still didnt have to wait for a table for mor than 3 or 4 minutes. They recently went up on their prices a bit but it's still worth the money.
sushi was raw and daughter got mad. i dont know what her problem is we eat raw craw dads at home all the time. so we asked our waiter to microwave or cook our sal mon sushi thing and they agreed to but they looked a little confused. when it came back it was steaming and the fish was bubbling as if i

The California Tempura Roll and the steak and chicken fried rice are SO AMAZING! Ichiban has been my choice for my birthday lunch/dinner since I moved here in 2009 and ten years later they have yet to disappoint. Parking is usually not an issue because the parking lot is quite big, unless its dinner
Very good food and our chef was so talented! They rush you out before you're done eating which is a shame, I understand its probably because of being short staffed but it takes away from the experience. However, It was great seeing this restaurant packed.
Please open up the sushi area. My husband and I used to go on dates before the pandemic to the sushi area once a week but we no longer get to do this.
