They have catered our Christmas and Thanksgiving dinner at Walmart Lookout Valley location for the last three years and we LOVE THEM!
They delivered to the time of our needs and the food always the best. Completely satisfied by all associates that work there and look forward to next years meal!
We always love Choo Choo Bar B Que! When the kids were still at home we regularly got the family feast. We always enjoyed it the first night and the leftovers!
I love Choo Choo BBQ! It's probably the best BBQ in Hixson. If you are in the Hixson area, it's a must try!
Great BBQ!. We were new to the Chattanooga area. Familiar with Sticky Fingers and some other bbq places, we were a little afraid to try Choo Choo, but it was close to our house, so we tried it. We loved it! We have been back numerous times and always get the same high quality. We tried other bbq places in Chattanooga and have decided that Choo Choo is the top one!! Others don't compare. If you want great bbq - try Choo Choo!
Very solid BBQ w/ a easy access to both drive through & a walk up pick up window. I'm a fan of the pork baked potatoe. Hixson was in need of a good BBQ place & this definantly fits the bill.
Better than the rest. I LOVE BBQ! I have had bbq from all over the south, and choo choo bbq on hixson pike is the best I've ever had! The bbq is amazing but they really beef it up with their specials. The homemade cooking is great and the burgers are wonderful too! I would recommend it to everyone! They really go out of their way to make customers feel welcome.
Good. The BBQ was good, but not great. I really didn't care for the mac & cheese, but otherwise the place was OK. Will go back the next time I'm in town, for sure.

My wife and I were going to go to Rib & Loin since it’s our tradition every time we’re in Chattanooga, but a family member who is a local said Choo Choo is way better, so I decided we should check it out. He was right. No regrets. Choo Choo was excellent. Great portions for the cost and very friendly staff. We will definitely be coming back again.
Good BBQ. About average price range for BBQ, and the staff was friendly. The menu has everything from brisket, chicken, loaded potatoes, & all the standard items.
THE BEST BBQ IN HIXSON! I never worry about the cleanliness of the staff or the facility. They take the utmost care of their business so that EVERY CUSTOMER has the SAME exceptional service that ALL CUSTOMERS DESERVE.
They also have one of THE BEST BURGERS I HAVE EVER EATEN. They use REAL hamburger meat, grill it to order, and then add lettuce, pickles, onion and tomato! It makes my mouth water just talking about it!
You can tell the meat is, well, lovingly smoked. Fork tender and juicy. Had beef brisket this time, but have had pork and chicken previously...top notch!
Good brisket sandwich. Moist and generous cut. Creamed corn fritters were interesting as well as the fried pickles. Good Cole slaw.
