Ordered two papadias by phone. One was a Philly and the other one was a special order of meat, cheese, and onions. The special paradia came with a lot of red sauce which was not requested. When I called and talked to the manager she basically told me" tough luck " we put sauce on all of them. I told

I had stop eating here for awhile because pizza wasn't good as use to be, but I gave them another try and the pizza back better. They baked wings be good too.

Wrong pizza sent. I stopped delivery man. The ticket was right showing we ordered New York style WITH pepperoni but we got a cheese pizza. The delivery man was nice and called it in but the shop called and said we didn’t place the order correctly. It took an hour and a half and the pizza was COLD.

Never had an issue until now I ordered pepperoni got a cheese. And last time I ordered there was hardly any sauce on my pepperoni pizza. And I also ordered bread sticks and didn’t receive a sauce cup for it. That got under my skin. Decided to order again got cheese instead of pepperoni like I asked.

We have never had an issue until now. One pizza was half dough only with no toppings at all. The other one we got the sauce was just nasty. It had a funny taste to it and very greasy. Like I said we have never had an issue u til now. Tried calling and was put on hold and then hung up on.

I have left reviews for this location before. But this time I will say one of my favorite words….CONSISTENCY!!! This Papa John’s is the gold standard for the brand. The food is consistently incredible, the staff is consistently courteous and polite. I have to stop myself from eating here almost ever

Ordered a pepperoni pizza, low sauce and well done. Ended up getting dough was raw. Had a ton of sauce on it. If I order a pizza a certain way, I expect to get what I ordered. Really let down about it all. It was garbage. Tossed it in the trash where it belongs. Guess pizza hut next door will start
