When I am on Hoboken, Ubu is the place that I go for lunch 80% of times. Cozy place and pleasant staff. The food is great. It is always a good time to eat there. I already tried from Rolls to Noodles and Udon. I love everything. Most dishes comes with a Soup or salad and the Hot green tea is a must have in all my meals there.

Absolutely incredible! We got the seared salmon, edamame, gyoza, rainbow roll 1, spicy tuna and spicy salmon rolls and jaw dropping. After eating we ordered the same thing to go! Amazing service, super polite and attentive. Will certainly return, highly recommend. Everything was delicious!

This is one of my favorite restaurants! My family and I have been dining at this restaurant for over 10 years. The food is always amazing, the attention from the staff is always superb, and the cozy-chill vibe in the restaurant is fantastic.
