We have been there several times and try something different every time. You get a lot of food for the price you pay. We had my granddaughters birthday dinner there and we will be having my husbands birthday dinner there this weekend. The service is excellent every time we go. I recommend this place to everyone who comes into my business looking for a great place to eat lunch or dinner.

We went for the first time today for lunch, giving it a little time to settle into town and get some kinks worked out. We thought we'd try it because we are tired of the same ol fast food in our little town. We definitely weren't disappointed.
I ordered the soup of the week, which was Broccoli Cheddar and it was fantastic. For the main dish, I got the chopped steak with peppers, onions, and mushrooms, with a side salad and green beans. 5 stars on that as well. The flavor was all there and it was very well portioned.
My husband got the Lewis Burger and fries. He said it was great as well. Perfectly cooked and the mushrooms that topped it were amazing (I snuck a taste �).
My 2 year old also enjoyed her chicken strips and fries.
It took a total of about 25 minutes from the time we ordered to the time everything was on the table. I'd say that's pretty fair for a a sit down restaurant.
All in all, it was a great experience. Wonderful waitress. Amazing food. Calm atmosphere. Fair prices. Ample seating for small groups and for big groups. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone wanting something new in town or someone stopping in from out of town. They've got something for everyone and a menu that is hard to choose just one thing from. I think giving them a few weeks was a good idea.
My family and I recently moved to Hohenwald. We have been trying out most of the restaurants here in town. We went out tonight for a celebratory dinner and chose to go here. Lewis & Clark did not disappoint. This is probably my personal favorite one we have been to yet!
From the service to the food, everything was top notch. I must say, the fresh bread they serve is amazing!!!
We spoke with the Owner after our dinner to let him know what a wonderful experience we had. He was so humble and appreciative. What a gem he has created here in our small town!
I play piano and sing in the dinning hall a few nights a week.. the owners are awesome, food and staff are amazing, and I enjoy player here! Have had a lot of struggles with the sound because of the block walls, hardwood floors, and the tin ceiling.. what?? Tin ceiling?? ..a sound engineers nightmare!! The sound through the PA bounces around and echoes so badly in the room, and apparently it sounds perfect in some spots, but in others, it’s like a loud, booming cannon.. I apologize to those who may have experienced the latter, and hopefully I found a solution to that issue last night. I have met so many sweet people here! Thank you so much for your kindness!
Absolutely amazing atmosphere!! I only had a salad but it was great. I love the piano♡♡♡ i have never felt so comfortable and relaxed. Definitely be back.
Foods good. Lasagna was great. Needed some parm. Spinach needs some fat back. lol Prices are great! Didn't have silverware ready. Our waitress, Jennifer, was AWESOME! We still have no clue why a different waitress came over apologizing asking if we had been waited on. She was real jumpy. lol. But, Our waitress was wonderful! Really need to work on the steps out front. First step has too much rise making it easy to trip over. The handicap ramp really needs to be there instead of at the other end of the building. Just a suggestion. Overall, We really liked it. Thanks for a new place to visit! Can't wait to try the bar one night when the whole fam is in town.
My family and I ate at the restaurant last night. Great atmosphere, great margarita's, great food, friendly staff. We will be back!
Just wanted to say we FINALLY got a chance to check out this new venue in Hohenwald and we were very impressed with the food and the facility itself!! Other than being a little loud the entertainment and atmosphere in the lounge area was great! Kuddos to the owner and management! Just hope the people of Hohenwald realize what a great place they have and continue to support and take care of it!
We had a great time at the restaurant last night. Great food, lovely music, and friendly service. We especially loved the honey butter and delicious rolls!

Just moved to hohenwald and I got to say this is a terrific restaurant! The Steaks & fried fish are AMAZING! Great cooks, wonderful waitresses/waiters, incredible service. definitely will come again & let everyone know how great this place is. Thank you !! 5 stars 🙌🏻
The steak was really good it was perfectly seasoned and my dad had the meatloaf so I had a bite of that as well and omg that cook really knows what he or she is doing. That is the best meatloaf and the best steak I have had.
Steak was delicious. Don't let this place fool you. Great food, great service. A gem in a small town.
The hamburger steak was delicious, the side salad was topped off with their homemade Ranch Dressing. Totally delicious.

We retired to an area an hour away from
Hohenwald and decided to try Lewis & Clark on 8/8/2020.
Honestly, their food was as good if not better than any we have enjoyed in the past. The prices are more than reasonable considering the quality of food.
We would urge anyone in the mood for an excellent meal to give them their business.
Good spaghetti and ribs and i like the vibe pretty decent place to go and eat and drink
