Hands down the best poke in Salt Lake City for your money. Best value, taste, quality, and customer service. The bowl was incredibly substantial, they didn’t skimp on any of the toppings or proteins. The flavor options are also fantastic! Building your own bowl can take a while if you’re indecisive like myself. I went with the kimchi shrimp and ginger ahi. Both were so flavorful and well prepared. They had my order ready right on time and handed to me with a smile. Zero complaints. I will definitely be coming back.
LOVE this place! I order food from them almost every week. Their poke bowls are so yummy and I personally think they have the best musubee in town. I will say that I've only actually been to the actual location once. I usually get delivery. But every experience there, regardless, has been excellent! Thank you!

My husband and I are HUGE fans of poke, but also very picky! When we moved to Utah from Southern California, we tried a couple places and basically decided Utah just wasn't the place to eat poke. I am SO GLAD we decided to try Laid Back Poke Shack tonight, it was incredible. Truly. There are SO many different options of fish and they are all super fresh and flavorful - they even tell you where it was flown in fresh from. All the toppings are included which is great too (there are a lot of places in CA that charge for every single topping!) It honestly rivaled our favorite place in California. I can't wait to come back!!
If you have never had poke you need to stop by Laid Back Poke like now. There are signature bowls and build your own and damn it's so yummy. The staff is quick, friendly and patient (which is really good because I'm annoyingly indecisive when building my own bowl). Great location too.
