Parking behind this restaurant is more than ample and it is feee. I recommend parking on the lower level as they are easier to get out of when it is time to leave. They have expanded the indoor eating area with a heated tent over part of the outdoor eating area. We used the online ordering for lunch pick up and our meals were good. What was lacking was clear non-monochromatic adequate guidance (signage) indicating where to go to pick up a prepaid meal order, as well as which isle lining up to get to the one register was to be used. As the confirmation email did not provide guidance on where to collect our meals. While figuring out where to go we did take note of the well-stocked shelves and meat counter and the staff behind the meat counter seemed well informed on the various products.

A family favorite for three generations! My son and husband LOVE the meatball sandwich, I love all the imported foods, especially the oils and pastas. Please try their deli meats and cheeses, you won't be disappointed!

I took the cheese class and it was so fun. The cheese is amazing especially the house made burrata. All of the items they have are very unique and for a home chef I love trying all of it! Don’t overlook the freezer in the back it had frozen homemade pasta and ravioli and their cookie dough. Their cookies and tiramisu are amazing.

Consistently great. The staff is super knowledgeable. I love stopping by before hosting a party and getting their help to pick the perfect ingredients for a charcuterie board. My kids are also big fans of the children's menu.

I cannot begin to tell you how phenomenal this place is. Especially the staff. I had a problem with a Door Dash order. However it was at another store. Austin gets 5 halos for his patience as well as his problem resolving skills. Even though the problem wasn't from his store he reached out and fixed it. The Door Dash driver didn't grab my food, just the drinks and when I said, well go get the food, the driver says, No speak English. So I spoke enough Spanish to tell him he needs to go get my food. He just hops in his car and drives off. I mean, unbelievable...And I had left the drive a 10 dollar tip on the card! I was more concerned about the guy getting the tip than I was my food at that moment. I wasn't getting a human to talk with, and Austin reached out and fixed the problem. I must commend his excellent nature and kind spirit. The world needs a billion Austin's. Thank you a 1000 times over.

Best place in town for tasty Italian treats and ingredients. Be sure to check out the frozen section (the gnocchi is fantastic). The sandwiches are great too (especially on the ciabatta bread!).

What can I say. You come here for excellent food service, yes, but more than that, the products. There are things you can't find anywhere else in Salt Lake, Utah, or even most places outside of their home countries. Chocolate can be intimidating, but my girlfriend and I got some help from Wyatt when he showed us his. favorite brands (there are like two aisles of chocolate so it was really overwhelming). He gave us many samples and has a passion for chocolate. He helped me understand a lot more and he even told us about the chocolate classes (although I don't know what they could teach that Wyatt hasn't already shared lol). My girlfriend bought a few bars from a French company name Cantu and I got a bunch of local chocolate that I am slowly enjoying. We only came here because I heard the food was good, but we ended up starting with chocolate and working our way through the entire store (thanks again for hurting my wallet, Wyatt lol). We first went in January and we have since been back at least once a week for various products we are hooked on. Come to Caputo's Holladay, get a sandwich, get a sample of chocolate, and have a good time.
