The staff was very nice! And I've always loved the food! This was my first time to this location and it was great ! It has always been a tradition to get kids meals with bunnies here every Easter since I can remember ! I'm so glad they still do it!!
Easy to spot from the road and access is also easy with two driveways leading in to the parking lot. The drive through is a bit odd to get to but there is ample room to make a U-turn behind this Arctic Circle. The service is quick and friendly.
The food may be fast food, but it's decent and the ice cream is so very good. This review is for the staff though. Literally the nicest people I didn't know that I've ever met. I was there with to small kids and things weren't too busy, so they helped me get settled at the restaurant, then gave my kids kiddie cones when we were leaving, helped us out to the car because they could see I had too much to carry, helped my toddler into his seat and brushed the snow off my car. Who does that?! The awesome staff at the Cottonwood Arctic Circle, that's who. A for atmosphere and customer service.
