Located at the corner of Chicago Drive and Waverly, this is a consistently good Biggby location. My latte was perfect and as expected. And the turkey hvarti Bragel is delicious!

Wife and I stopped in a couple weeks ago after a Sunday drive. Decided to go inside and have a couple coffees. Was met with a smile and enthusiastic greeting. Service was quick even though it was quite busy. Will be back!
The service I received was excellent. I went there with my wife, and we had to buy one get one free coupon for two large coffees. My wife innocent told me that she did not want hey sweet coffee. Great selection of coffee and specialty drinks. They also have an excellent selection of bagel sandwiches and other goodies. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Give them a try. You wouldn't be disappointed.

One of my "go to" locations! The baristas are awesome and my coffee is always on point. Even when they're understaffed they are friendly and do a great job :)
Clean store, friendly staff. They had some items they couldn't make due to not having the delivery yet. I do feel if you are waiting for a delivery and have customers, I would start by letting them know that there are some things that can't be made at that moment due to a delivery issue.
Really nice first visit. The drinks were good and the staff was mostly very friendly. I believe the workers name was Avery and he was very helpful to us. He offered us suggestions on what to order that would be similar to Starbucks. He also kept a lively conversation with us while making our drinks.
