By far the best McDonalds in Michigan!! I have been a customer for over 5 years and can honestly say they are the best. The staff are amazing and really care about you as a customer. I can not recall waiting in line for more than 5 minutes and usually only about 3 minutes. The food is always hot and fresh coffee. Thank you so much for the pride you put forth in the work you do. It is greatly appreciated. Every McDonald's in Michigan should be trained like by the staff at the River Street location in Holland, MI.
Ordered 80 nuggets and 4 large fry for a party and they had it hot and ready in a few minutes
Hot food..service a2 very on days close 1 drive thru every night seems like..I worked fastfood ..management..could be better..
This is the best food I have had from McDonald's in a very long time. I got a quarter pounder meal, burger was fresh, hot and juicy, bun was fresh, fries were fresh and hot. Everything was awesome!!
I just love how they have mobile orders ready so when you get they're waiting for you to get them.
The Staff always knows when we're their because we always order big because we have a big family. By the time our bill comes its well over 80 to 90 dollars at least once a week. The staff is awesome and friendly and has never messed up my order except once. They shorted me a ten piece chicken nuggets and 2 fries. But otherwise than that they are awesome 👌. Thank you McDonald's for your awesome customer service and food.
Mobile app didn’t work this morning, but drive thru was pretty quick.
This was a late meal for our family due to My child working over dinner time. Food and service were good as expected. It was dark out and we ate in the car so not much I can say about the atmosphere.
Better off than the McDonald's on Riley and US-131.
