Worst KFC ever. You cannot order via the KFC app. Drive thru speaker is terrible. They screwed up my order. I called to talk to a Manager and was treated incredibly rudely. Where is the next closest KFC? Grand Haven?

05/05/2022 I stopped at the KFC in Holland, MI on Lakewood boulevard...there was *NO ONE* in the drive thru and no one sitting inside. Then when we went back to get two more famous bowls there was maybe a tablespoon of gravy literally I don't know how in the world you can have mashed potatoes without gravy and it was incredibly dry because there was no gravy
