Ordered on Arby's app, picked up at drive thru. Took advantage of special offer - beef and cheese sandwiches and mozzarella sticks. Love the Arby's sauce.
Fast and friendly. I wish the lobby were open for lunch otherwise would had given 5 stars.
Food is always consistently good. Ordered the apple crisp for the first time, but THERE WAS HARDLY ANY APPLES IN IT. They should call it apple cake, not apple crisp
Good old original Arby's usual suspects. Even though I'm not a huge fan of roast beef, I am always satisfied with the crispy chicken sandwich and curly fries. 🐔🍟😋
We stopped at Arby's #06459 in Holland, MI. The food was great, but the shining star was the young woman who we think was the team leader. Unfortunately, we didn't get her name. She was out on the floor sweeping and as we entered around 115pm, she greeted us and came to the POS to take our order. As we enjoyed our lunch, she proceeded to clean up in the dining room and elsewhere, always busy. As we were leaving, she was cleaning the inside of where the garbage can goes! Who does that today? This was the cleanest fast food restaurant we have ever seen! And she seemed to take a personal sense of ownership/pride in her work! She was amazing to us! I wish we knew her name!

Brisker and fries were fresh. Store was clean. Came during off peak hours and still got hot crispy fries.
We were just at Arby's at 10:15PM 4 18 2021 and waited for our food. Fresh and hot the very best customer service. My wife and me are very pleased and now we will be regular customers of this location. Thank you for our 2 Mint shakes we appreciate that very much.

This is by far my favorite Arby's to go to, staff is always friendly and kind and very clean. I had an incident on 05/15/2021 that I got my meal wrong I gave them a call to let them know and I was very impressed in how they treated the situation and repaid me for going in again. Keep up the good work!
Good food. The drive threw guy is so friendly. Someone give him a raise. The food was hot and fast. Only down side is the prices are a little high. But to be Frank they are worth it for good food. I love the Rubens and the classic beef and cheddar.
