Living here is practically perfect. No major or big issues with anything inside or outside of the buildings. The management is the perfect combination of kind, caring, honest and hard working. Mena and Larry go above and beyond everything that they do and most of all they do it in a proper genuine manner. They helped me out whenever I needed a hand with anything and they have always been very quick to repair any problems that I have run into such as my refrigerator not functioning properly, my heater not working, etc. Their communication is wonderful and they reply to any emails or calls in a very reasonable manner. I have had the pleasure to even sit down with Mena both when she first introduced me to the apartment and a couple weeks after on a more personal note and she was as kindhearted and supportive as they come. She reminded me of my own mother and she has always given me words of encouragement and trusted me as a tenant and she has done more for me than she will ever know. It has been an absolute pleasure being their tenant.
Pricing is amazing for what you get and I have absolutely no complaints. Storage, apartment with all the necessary amenities, proper heating and cooling, thick and sturdy foundation and walls that make one feel safe and an overall beautiful and modern design throughout the entire apartment. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. Safe neighborhood, very quiet and clean along with all of the surrounding areas. Close to downtown and all the restaurants you could ever ask for. The 5 star reviews are all true and I can personally attest and recommend living here. Not a single bad thing to say and I wish nothing but happiness and peace everybody in the area especially to Mena and Larry as they work hard day in and day out to keep everything running smoothly for all of their tenants.

I've lived here twice now and it's been wonderful each time. Mena and Larry are fantastic and always quick to respond, the apartments (in my experience) have been in great order, and they always respond to concerns quickly.
Plus, there are fun perks like the pool and the community garden. :) So grateful for everyone on the team!
My husband and I enjoyed living at Holland Apartments. Our apartment was roomy and nice. Having a laundry room in the building was very convenient. The apartment and neighborhood were both quiet and safe. The managers are easy to work with and they take pride in keeping the buildings and grounds in order.
We lived at Holland Apartments for 6 years and enjoyed our stay. Management is friendly and maintenance is pretty quick when you have an issue. Pet friendly as well which is a plus.
I truly enjoyed my stay at Holland Apartments and only left because I purchased a home. The apartments are older but roomy and well maintained, I rarely heard any of my neighbors through the thick walls. Mena, Larry and Jose are wonderful people and ensure that any issues are taken care of promptly and that the property always looks lovely. As a disabled veteran I needed some accommodation in the apartment and they were all accomplished within 24 hours. A truly lovely, pet friendly community!
Very quiet place, clean, and the property mangers are amazing! Everything is well-maintained and v. reasonable rules keep the apartments nice and liveable inside and out! Everyone is welcomed and all the neighbors are friendly. My wife and I felt like members of the community here. We were incredibly sad to leave when we had to move for a new job. Lots of woods and sidewalks for walking your dog (and a small field where off-leash play is allowed for dogs that are voice trained). Highly recommend- fantastic quality for what you pay to live here.
I have lived at Holland Apartments for the last three years and overall had a very good experience. I appreciated the size of the apartment, the view to the courtyard and most importantly the work Mena, Larry and Jose put into caring for the complex making sure that living here was as comfortable and safe as possible for everyone including furry residents 🙂
I just recently moved out after living here for 2 years, These apartments were amazing to live in, Management is at the top of there game in all aspects and are there whenever you need them, These apartments allow any type of pup as long as they are well trained and behave (my pup will miss his dog friends from the apartments). The apartments are very spacey and roomy, it was great living in a diverse complex with so many great people from all walks of life. Very safe with no safety issues in my time there and even the smallest complaint or thought of a safety issue management took care of right away.The pool was always clean and the trails behind the apartments were well groomed (and a great place to walk the pup).I have NO complaints about the apartments or the great management and maintenance team! I would highly recommend Holland apartments if you are looking for an apartment!
We love living at Holland Apartments, the apartments are clean and management ensures that this is a very safe place to live. Maintenance issues are taken care of virtually immediately and all the staff is incredibly friendly. Lawn care/snow removal is excellent. Laundry facilities are excellent and very clean. Rent is very reasonable for the area. We are located only minutes from stores and Kollen Park. On site are several wooded hiking trails and there is a beautifully maintained swimming pool. We highly recommend this place! its a hidden gem, in a beautiful and safe part of Holland.
We had a great experience staying at Holland Apartments. Management was communicative and friendly and the community was always pleasant. The laundry rooms were convenient to use and came with storage space that was very helpful to have. All in all, it was a great place to be for us and our dog. Also, Mena is a treasure.
