Quality has been lacking severly. We used to go here all the time but have pretty much fully stopped unless we get a doughnut. Latest trip was the last. Bad attitude, items out of stock, and couldn't even manage a sweet cream cold brew.
Ordering large macha latte, sourdough with everything bagel in place of sourdough. New person on register left alone constantly in need of assistance was nice overall but was told they can't do replacement by individual training them and when latte came out they left it half empty for lite/no ice.
Had a bad experience picking up the order this morning . Long long wait time. Order not packed properly. Not a good overall experience. You guys are going to loose a lot of business if things continue like this.
