Sasa IS art! The food’s incredible, made from scratch daily. The vibe is quaint and romantic. The service was awesome - it’s a family business and it shows. And don’t even get me started on desserts - mouthwatering! We had a lovely date night there on a Friday in April. Had cute table in one of the house rooms all to ourselves. And just the right amount of attention from the team. We had the lobster ravioli and the veggie risotto. Both were ridiculously delicious and light. The tiramisu was the bomb! Not often do I leave an Italian restaurant feeling light. But this food was made with love and care and didn’t feel heavy. It’s now our new favorite date night place in Hollywood. Make sure to make a reservation!

This place is seriously a SECRET. It's never packed, which always surprises me because it's so eclectic and decorated with nothing but personal touches. Their coffees are delicious. My friend had the chocolate amaretto orange cake, simply one of the most original combination of flavors ever, and I had lentil soup, truly tasty.

It was selected as the best restaurant in the downtown Hollywood area for a reason. I can tell you that excellent is NOT enough! Because the city is building a new development there they have had to move , but hopefully they will find a place soon! Their concept is different! Food out of the world ( homemade REAL Italian food)

Always looking for interesting places. On Google, it was near my home. But I've never heard of him. I decided to stop by and have a look. When I arrived, for a long time I could not understand how to go there and where to park the car. From the street this is a completely inconspicuous building, I would never say that once inside, I will be speechless. Inside I saw something like a museum. I even clarified if food is served here and if it is a restaurant. I was sitting by the window, there was a story everywhere, someone's story. Figures, boats, clocks, vases, old telephones. All this gave an exotic atmosphere. As if received 100 years ago. Highly recommend .

Great decor inside and a nice private feel as my 5 friends and I had dinner in one of their indoor rooms. Reservation was for 7.30pm and we enjoyed dinner and wine. We did not get checked on often, and at around 9.15pm after seeking some attention from our server.... who was busy with his cell phone along with some other staff members, we found out that the restaurant was closing in 15 minutes. No real time for another bottle of wine or relaxing dessert. I was disappointed by this; had the server checked in a little sooner or often - even asking if we wanted anything additional from the kitchen before closing time, we would have been better prepared. So we paid and left finishing our evening somewhere else. 9.30pm closing felt early for a Friday night... food was delicious... Please note this is pasta restaurant and they specialize in many varieties of ravioli on their menu, and not so many other options. Small and intimate... it has potential and maybe we didn't get the best service on this night... but doesn't mean I wouldn't give it another chance.

Yesterday, I had lunch with my girlfriend on this hidden gem, the reviews that we saw while we were looking for a place to eat were right, the food is unique, the place is cozy and different and the attention is superb. It’s a family-owned business, run by themselves. The chef is Italian, so if you're in Hollywood and you want to try authentic Italian food, give this place a chance, trust me you won't regret it.

Fabulous lunch. Relaxing atmosphere with superior food. From eclectic room designs to excellent service, Sasa hits all the marks. Exquisite freshly made pasta with incredible sauces( bechamel with wild mushrooms, etc) cooked in a perfect manner. The caponata was an excellent start with focaccia drizzled in EVOO. The hand made pappardelle was expertly cooked and presented. Primavera salad was lightly dressed with the highest quality ingredients. Wines by the glass were described by my guests as light and crisp for the Pinot to a light and dry Chianti. Wish we had enough room for dessert. Will be going back for a dinner, for sure. Highly recommend.

This restaurant hosted a performing arts event during a regular Arts Walk event in Hollywood, Florida. We only got to try their hors d'oeuvres ... we will go there for dinner soon ... I'll report back. The performance art was an artist being inspired by a drum band to paint with his feet while the drum band' music was simultaneously being inspired by the movement of the artist. I thoroughly enjoyed the event. See photos of the band, artist and outcome!

It feels like you are in Italy, the panini is good, the frappe taste like coffee and cream (not like syrup). The place is super unconventional and funky. It is worth a try. On another note, i did find the pasta a bit pricey. Try the paninis!!
