I never had any issues at this location but they seriously need to pay attention when slicing the bagels I was there at 6:30 this morning on November 1st and I open my box to see 3 of my Bagels sliced like this.... picture attached

They don’t listen well! Asked the girl to use the rewards card dollars when ordering, she said “oh.. your coffee is free” she actually ended up using my rewards points that I have been trying to save for a while now. Never asked if I want to use my rewards points. She just did it.

Delicious bagels, first time trying their spinach bagel and it was delicious. Their blueberry muffin is great, it was soft and delicious freshly baked. Their Asiago bagel is also a winner for me.
