Great cook, sweet servers, but the prep staff didn’t show up on this day so my shrimp cocktail had to be cleaned, deveined, cooked, then cooled quickly so it didn’t arrive until the end of the meal. The manager comped us the shrimp cocktail.

Red Lobster has definitely changed. Biscuits are not what they used to be. They were a bit hard and small as opposed to the big and fluffy biscuits I remember. Flavor was there but it just wasn't the same. I haven't been here in at least a year. Service was super slow. Food was not as expected
