Fantastic meats! Great sauces and I loved the coleslaw. We love baby back ribs but I have to say the spear was good. This is a real hidden gem! We will be back :)

Oh my god, probably the best BBQ I've ever had! 1 free sample and I was hooked... He chops the wood and smokes the meats all right there on site. The ribs are FANTASTIC along with everything else on the menu. If you are in the Pembroke Pines/ Hollywood area and want to try some REAL BBQ, this is the place to go to. He gives free samples so try it, you can't go wrong with it!

Had the rib platter with beans and Mac. Ribs were the best I've had since moving back down south. It's also next to some other food trucks like shaved ice and coney Island dogs.
OMG!! What can I say about this place? Most authentic BBQ EVER! Bill (owner and chef) was the kindest, sweetest, most patient and people's person ever! He let me taste the food before I purchased it and shared some background with me. OMG was it DELICIOUS! I recommend the family pack and I will definitely be a lifelong customer:)
Just had a fantastic brisket platter not too much not too little, mac and cheese had a spice in it tasted great, the collard greens were also really good and not mushy
Very nice food station, the ribs and the brisket very delecious. friendly, nice and sympathetic service. My wife and me came from Germany for a few days and this location should not be missed.
Ate near here the day before and could smell the smoker and realized that we had to come back. I ordered the brisket platter with coleslaw and mac and cheese. The brisket was amazing with perfect flavor and texture. The coleslaw wasn't anything to write home about but the mac and cheese was some of the best I've ever had. There didn't seem to be anywhere to sit and eat there but we wanted to eat at home so it didn't bother us much. We were offered a sample so ask for one of you're not sure what to get.
Very great experience. Originally went to the Jamaican Jerk stand next door but no one attended us, the gentleman running the bbq truck was great, he explained the menu as it was our first time here. He went as far as giving us a small sample of some sides! The brisket was great i had the platter with baked beans and mac & cheese.
First time they're not quite what I was expecting as far as the establishment which really was just a trailer and a couple of huge smokers next to it. Met with the owner and a very pleasant person very passionate about his barbecue. Offered us a sample of their ribs and sold us! We ended up ordering 4 slabs of ribs they were out of this world.
Mr. Chef told me he would make me the best pulled pork sandwich I’ve ever had and he was 100% right. Delicious coleslaw. And the service was perfect. 10/10 recommend !! Need to try the rest of his choices
Outstanding food! Firehouse BBQ catered a work event for me at my home. We served ribs, brisket and chicken as well as various sides. This is the most flavorful, tastiest BBQ I have ever had. My guested were raving about the food. Bill was very easy to work with and was great at helping me plan my menu. I Absolutely recommend Firehouse BBQ!
I was craving smoked chicken and ribs. Found this place on my search bar. Let me tell you I've smoked with all sorts of wood but never what I heard him tell me. The chicken and ribs were cooked perfectly. Meet falling off the bone. Not to much sauce and just enough to enjoy the taste of the sauce and the smokiness to come together and let me tell you from all the people out there that will know what I'm talking about smoke rings all around. It was a great price he made up a chicken and rid plate and it was a good portion that I didn't feel like I needed go to a Macdonald 's afterwards. I would drive again to this spot when I'm in the area again. He is blessed with a talent.
As a fifth generation Texan and 30 year Florida transplant, I can honestly say this is some of the best damn BBQ I've ever had. My wife is a chef too. We're never even ever able to make out of the parking without eating his ribs!

Bill has good bbq his ribs are great I love the brisket Bill will take special orders for beef ribs and lamb....he always has a smile even in this heat don't look likes much but the food is worth the drive
Brisket, pulled pork and ribs were all delicious. Sides, like beans, mac and cheese and greens were all lacking. The meat was worth the stop.
