I went here on Friday night right before they closed. It was my birthday 🎂 and the girl who helped me was very sweet. She wished me a happy birthday and said it was no problem to make my birthday drink 😊 Starbucks holiday ceramic & plastic cups were 50% off!
I had a fantastic experience at our local Starbucks! Connor, the shift manager and certified coffee master, truly values customer service and his warm greetings with a smile make every visit special. The coffee crafted by Vic is simply amazing – a true treat if you're lucky enough to have her prepare your drink. A winning combination of great staff and delicious coffee keeps me coming back for more!
I was really unhappy with the customer service. They were busy and the manager was just standing around. I got passion tea and a vanilla scone. Usually the cashier would get my scone abd out it in a bag. Instead the key me wait at the end with my tea for 15 mins. The manager said we are busy abd just stood there. The cars I. At the drive through the cars were backed up and wrapped around Eve building. They didn’t move very fast st all. The inside of the store was messy and the Christmas display of Starbucks cards were still out on the floor.

Amazing environment and extremely efficient. The people here are always working hard and collaborating to get you your drinks as soon as possible. Kristian is awesome and brings great vibes!! Really enjoyed my pumpkin spice latte made by Kristian.

What I love about this Starbucks is the staff... They're all super friendly and unique... Everyone having their own style and their own personality that they translate into the service they give you... At first, I came to this place because I was summoned to be there... Now I just come back because of the service... They have become my every morning "Good Morning" crew!!!
Great Starbucks location. The staff are always nice and take the time to get your order right even when it's crowded. I've never had a bad experience at this location.

Great outdoor seating, as well as a very large area inside. Clean store and easy to access.
Some tables were not cleaned, but the counter service was extremely pleasant. Food and coffee were OK, too pricey for what they are, but that is a brand thing not particular to this shop. I DO recommend the mango dragon fruit lemonade, it was delicious and refreshing.
All in all a great experience and will visit again, probably after strolling through TY park in the summer.

Very expensive coffee and wasn't wort the price. Besides the coffee want good asked for equal they don't have equal used some other kind of sweetener and it was horrible.
Love going to different locations. This one has lots of outside seating which is really nice. Luckily it was a breezy day. I tried one of their new sugar cookies it was delicious, check it out. Be sure and stop by for some tea and treats.
