Went through the drive through tonight...my son HAD to have a spicy chicken sandwich. They guy said it would be a bit of a wait..which I was fine with. While waiting, the Manager came out personally to tell me why there was a wait on these sandwiches.. they end up wasting a lot after a certain time and they are expensive! The fact that he went out of his way to explain this to me showed amazing management skills! I truly was not upset by the wait because they warned me ahead of time and it came out hot and fresh! I also wanted to say how much I appreciated the workers making an exception to make the sandwich at the time, since they did say they don't usually make them at this time frame anymore. I wanted to share my experience to continue to spread kindness folks, be kind and patient...this includes to your fast food workers!🙂
