We get pizza here regularly, and it's always been quality pizza done quickly and done right. Even better than their pizza are their employees -- always friendly, always nice, always quick to acknowledge someone entering. Great food, great people. Doesn't get much better than that.

When I have the pizza delivered and it is always warm and very tasty. Highly recommend Cottage Inn, which has a lot of selections.
Remember to tip the drivers well!
Gotten pizza so many times here - always been quick and courteous. Wish I could get delivery but I'm just a hair too far away. For whatever reason the Holt location tastes way better than the downtown Lansing one. Thanks for the great pizza!

I picked up our pizzas and when I got home, I realized one of my pizzas had pizza sauce on it when I requested it have none. I ordered online. I called the store to inform them of the problem and they were very understanding and said they would make me a new one and have it delivered free of charge. They also took another step further in telling me they would inform the appropriate people to make sure if this is an issue with the online system, it gets fixed. I was very grateful. Very good customer service.

In the last few months I have tried 3 different Cottage Inn locations and this place was the best. I ordered a family deal at 3:35pm on Saturday, I was told that it would be 35min. until my order was ready but I got the order in just 20min. The workers during this shift were friendly, upbeat, accommodating, and very professional. The pizza quality was great, and the SALAD LOOKED JUST LIKE AN ADVERTISEMENT, I was impressed because the salads at the other locations were wimpy.
This was my first time ordering from this location and I will return, great job!
The food is always good. They were having trouble with their Facebook login to accounts and I wanted to use some rewards. I emailed customer service but they are not available til business hours m-f so I messaged them on FB. They responded quickly and told me to call the store so they could look up my account. They were so kind and helpful, which is honestly rare these days. They even made sure I got the best deal possible. The food ALWAYS comes WELL before expected too. I highly recommend. In this time where "fast food" service and food has been awful, cottage inn Holt is like the industry used to be and should be. I highly recommend and appreciate the workers.
Fast, accurate orders. I ordered online. In the comments I asked that they thoroughly bake a deep dish pizza Detroit-style & they did what they were asked 🤯 After the height of the pandemic I found that take orders are generally filled in a sloppy, incomplete fashion (stuff not packed, wrong stuff packed, etc.) - not here. Super professional! Will start tipping ahead, here only, so far.
We live very close to this location and get delivery at least once a week. Delivery is prompt and very kind.
Our orders aren’t always perfect, but the love and care is absolutely there. They do their best to offer great food, quickly.
We usually use the app, but when my family was sick and the app was misbehaving - calling in they took extra excellent care of us.
Love the change to offer icing for the cinnamon sticks in a cup! This makes it better to reheat and my mom, 80, enjoys them as leftovers more than before.

I’ve never had a bad experience/order from here! It’s so easy to place an order, delivery/pick up estimates tend to be spot on and everything is made fresh and delivered hot and with care. Great employees make this location the best one around.
Food was great and the manager wav very helpful! Our food was hot and you could tell they take care about their customers. We were greeted as soon as we opened the door great job guys !

Ordered online and I don't know what your experience has been, but it seems like the estimated time of pick, usually isn't real accurate. Not the case with Cottage Inn in Holt! My pizza and breadsticks were piping hot, fresh! And man, the crew inside were busting their butts! It was Friday night around 9pm and orders were just pouring in. When I picked up my order, the card reader was giving the cashier a little trouble but he kept his cool and helped the customer in front of me with a smile the whole time. 😀 You could see the teamwork going on in the back and that everyone was doing their part to pull together and keep the pizzas flying out of the oven. I was just overwhelming impressed with the quality of my pizza and the customer service I received. I eat out more than I care to admit, and these last few years, it is hard to find a place where the employees don't hate their jobs and let it show. So, if the owner/manager of this Cottage Inn is reading this, please! Take care of your employees! They handled a Very Busy Friday night like a well oiled machine and that my friend, is how you keep your customers happy.
Hard to find the place if you aren’t familiar with the area, but the food is good. Pepperonis were a little crispy.
If you haven't tried the smokehouse pizza, are you even living your best life?
The kids like the Chicken Bacon Ranch and I like getting the Inn Stix.

Great pizza , great service, done b4 it was supposed to be.
I ordered a thin crust BLT with sesame seeds from Grub Hub. The order went to Cottage Inn as a thick crust cheese pizza. I called the store to let them know because this was the third time. Cottage in replaced it with no additional charge and I had it within 30 minutes.
