Always love their food, and today was the first time my waitress talked to me more personally. I love that, I think it's a great way to do customer service. I've only ever had one complaint, and that is sometimes the metal container they do milkshakes in make it taste like metal.

Holyoke location has got to get it together. My work crew and I would order from there often, and while I understand a large order can be complicated, we have not received a single order (out of many) that was entirely accurate. Messed up meals, missing meals, etc. There is always some sort of issue
