Paid 12 dollars for a burnt sandwich with almost nothing on it. The staff were rude and condescending. I don’t usually go to Panera and this experience won’t be changing that.

It is the last time we have lunch here. Very disappointed with the staff. They kept forgetting my order, didn’t give me a cup for coffee, then when I went for my bagel it was burnt! Photo of bagel and receipt are attached.

Consistently horrible quality and subpar customer service; if they're not forgetting items, then they're giving you the wrong ones. Management completely useless, doesn't respond to customers raising valid complaints with anything other than a smart remark. Zero reasons I can think of to go here.

Train your staff to recognize what custom drinks you offer, ie iced decaf coffee. Don't leave people standing around waiting for a drink for 12 min & then say oh we don't offer that drink! This is a failure of management & a lack of training of your front line staff.
