Returned recently, 2-3, was pleased that things have returned.to previous high standard. Before Covid was a once a week customer. Then dining room shut down for several months. Went last night now that dining room reopened. Was there at 6:45 pm. Ordered, then told no baked potatoes available. Was offered mashed potatoes with toppings. I suppose they could have put it all in a blender too. Left, don't intend to return.

I just had the most disrespectful experience. I have had food from here catered on a few occasions but never stepped foot in one until today. I called first, because I was picking up and that’s what the sign outside said. The person answer the phone -“Chantel” or ”Chantae”- was super rude and snappy. She told me I needed to come inside and pick up at the bar. I get to the bar and her rudeness continued on a whole other level. She was very short and unprofessional. I won’t be going to any other of their locations and I don’t recommend it to any of my friends and family. It’s too expensive to have to feel like someone is taking your money and being so disrespectful.

After some thought processing over what we had a taste for we tried Jim n Nick's. Our server was kind, especially towards my Mom in a wheel chair. And the food came hot on a hot plate. The ribs are on point. Not every makes great Potato but this place does. We ate, made it home and ready for a nap. Thanks for everything. We will be back.

Fantastic food, but the service needs a little work. I went twice while on a business trip (the “cheese biscuits” are insane) and both times had great people helping me out and not-so-great people. Ultimately, this chain has outstanding food and it sounds like their management team is working with the staff to being the service up to that same bar. Recommend the onion rings with your barbecue!
