Buffet style Chinese restaurant. They offer a big variety of food as well as desserts and chocolate and vanilla ice cream. The staff works really hard. You get seated and server really fast.
This is your typical Chinese buffet food, so if that's what your wanting, it's perfect! I get the take out here, and it always hits the spot.

Great for family, friendly and clean!. We have been going to Mr. Wang's for many years and thoroughly enjoy the clean, friendly atmosphere. The owners and staff are friendly, attentive, and the food is plentiful and very good. Try the vegetable lo mein, green beans and the spicy teriyaki chicken. Definitely a thumbs up!
The reviews seem a little off. I go here probably twice a week and have absolutely no complaints! The staff seats you quickly, always keeps your drink filled and the food is hot and fresh. I always eat lunch here so I can't speak to the dinner menu, but the lunch buffet is outstanding. The crab rangoons are great and I have yet to try anything from the buffet that wasn't good. Must try!
Love love love some mr. wangs. Ive been going to mr. wangs since i was 12 i love love love their food. if u eat chinese food go to mr. wangs. Staff is very friendly .Prices are affordable .
Shocked by the rating for this place. It's not the best buffet out there but I never leave upset. However, one time my friends and I went and my check came out to be 3 dollars more than everyone else. I had water too! I don't know what happened but it stays on my mind. Other than that the service is usually good.

Mr. Wang's friendly greeter/seater is always an overture to a huge buffet. I've only been here for lunch, but it's a place to come hungry. Their egg rolls and wings are always hot and crispy. The soups are also very good. I love their hot and sour soup. Twice cooked pork, Mongolian beef, & moo gai pan are all favorites for me here. Their long green beans oriental-style are wonderful. I'm not sure how Chinese the sauteed mushrooms are, but they are delicious. Pace yourself and get small portions so you can try more buffet items--there's a soft serve ice cream machine. I always worry about cleanliness at wide open buffets like this with unattended children sticking their hands everywhere they don't need to be--but I've always been impressed with their attendants to the buffets. I once saw them take away a fresh chicken dish because a child touched it. Plus the food is so good/-the turn over is pretty quick, I am always ambivalent about tipping at a buffet--but here the servers are attentive--so I tip!
My husband occasionally eats lunch in Homewood at a place called Mr. Wang’s. He really loves the place. They have a lunch and dinner buffet and also takeout available. I went with him once, and it was very busy. He says it is not uncommon for them to have a packed house at lunch. We never took the boys because they don’t have pizza on the buffet but the eldest has been very interested in trying new things lately. I genuinely can't understand how other people are giving this place anything less than 5 stars? Maybe they're meaning to review a different place and landed here by accident? I go with my family almost every week, and we so look forward to it. The food is always fresh, delicious, and hot, and the service is top tier. And you can't beat the price for the lunch buffet. $12 for literally all you can eat! We love this place.

As usual,, the food was great! The fast snd attentive service is consistently good. However, my favorite thing is the staffs' approachableness and comic relief.
Always love it here. Been coming since they first opened. They keep the buffet fresh and full. My favorite is the garlic chicken. Mmmm. The staff are all awesome. So friendly. The owners make a point to remember faces and make you feel welcome. Come here whenever we're near by... and sometimes when we're not lol.
I ordered the fried tofu and vegetable meal w/ the brown sauce. It's good. I'll try the soup next time. I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door. It looked decent & there were lot of people having lunch. So, it's a popular place. I like the options they had on their menu as well as their all you can eat lunch Buffet. It look good for those who like to eat meat - lots of selections including fried catfish. The vegetarian options are good too.
Let’s face it, a lot of these little buffet places can be gross. Not Mr Wang’s. It was very good and they continued to bring fresh food out.
