It seems so many are enthralled by this chain but I find the food average or just slightly better.

Best chicken salad I've ever had! The Fancy Nancy on a croissant is my favorite. If my daughter doesn't swipe my cookie, I enjoy those, too.

Once I got the attention of the person working the counter away from her phone (which was placed so that her back was to customers), the service was good and the food was tasty. I had the Fancy Nancy, and it was very fresh. Getting a free cookie with your order is a "sweet" way to end your meal!

Best place I have been in a while. Excellent soup, salads and sandwiches. Much better than Panera. Very reasonably priced with a relaxing environment and nice employees.

Their food is delicious, I love how you get a cookie on the side.. I don't usually drink lemonade like that but their lemonade omg its the best! Great customer service

The taste was phenomenal, and according to my son, the best chicken salad he ever had. My mom got loaded potato soup, and I got a salad with a chicken scoop.
