Never disappointed when I come here everything I have tried had been good my family loved this place!!!
We went there 4-27-18 first time. Could not believe how good & how cheap. We both had a full meal for $20. Got a piece of awesome cheesecake to go. You got to try them out. All sorts of pasta dishes. My salad was fresh. Veal parmesan was tasty & filling.
This is by far my go to pizza place. If you are going in with multiple people id suggest their stuffed pizzas! My favorites are the meat or Hawaiian. Also, the calzones are perfect for a personal sized dinner. The price is very reasonable for the quality ingrediants and large portions you recieve. I would definitely recommend it.

Food was delicious and was an instant family favorite. We have added this as a family go to spot. Fell in love with the pesto . I would highly recommend this place. The service was friendly and will return to try the vaccine. We had gone in on a whim but glad with the decision. If you are in the area, stop by and the food will bring you back.
This place is amazing..always very great food and even better customer service. It consistently delivers literally some of the best italian food I've ever had. I've been here enough times to give an objective review of their food and service and it's been as good as it gets every single time. Highly recommend.

I have loved this pizza since we moved to Birmingham 10 years ago. Moe makes excellent pizza! My boys beg for the cheese or sausage stuffed pizza. Delicious food at Alfredo's!
Best Food After 9pm. I love Alfredo's and all that they do! I don't get off of work at my restaurant until around 9 o'clock during the weekdays, and the only late night restaurant I've found that's worth eating going to is Alfredo's. Unfortunately, there are a lot of ignorant people out there, and they decide to go waste their money at Al's a street down from Alfredo's. Give it a shot, and I'm sure you'll find that the food quality, service, and cleanliness blows the competition out of the water!!!
Never Disappointed. I miss the fact that Alfredo's is no longer in Irondale, so I don't get to frequent here as much as I did. We have catered in food for our office many times and it never disappoints.
The food is always amazing! The portions are more than generous for the buck!

THE best pizza I have ever had. The best service and friendly people that you can imagine. It is like eating at home only better.
Considering it's location, I was iffy. But it was actually really good and super cheap. They have a house Italian dressing too that is very delicious!
Went back there today on 2-2-17. The place was dead. It was aso clean as always, staff wasn't super nice, but nice enough. The marinara though was disgusting! My 4 year old wouldn't even eat her pizza. I will think twice before returning, it was that bad!
Prices were great! Bread was really delicious, though on the salty side. Chicken Alfredo was under seasoned but good nonetheless. Meat lasagna was tasty, although my date and I aren't fans of onions. We both had salads that were covered in black and green olives. The Italian dressing didn't have as much flavor as I'm used to. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best I've ever had. It's worth the money.

Great Great Great!!!. For those of you who don't know about this place you are missing out. I have enjoyed everything I have ever ordered from here. If you would like a suggestion, you can't go wrong with the Stromboli Calzone. The Italian Beef Sandwich is better than any Philly Cheese steak I have ever had. There are three other places that serve a Philly Cheese steak within one mile of there, but this destroys them all. The place is always clean, the service always nice and now there is even a patio to sit outside. If your in the neighborhood you can't go wrong with this place.
Great Family Place. We used to go to Alfredo's when it was in Eastwood and we lived in Crestwood. Three years ago we moved to Vestavia, and were happy to see that Alfredo's moved to Homewood, about a 10 min. drive for us. We have been here several times in the past few months and are happy to see that the food and service are as delicious and friendly as before. The prices are so affordable, too. My favorite dish is the Eggplant Parmigiano, and it comes with a nice portion of eggplant, a side of pasta and sauce, and two homemade garlic rolls. All this for $6.97. My son gets a slice of cheese pizza, which is huge and delicious, and also gobbles down the garlic rolls. We are disenchanted with most of the pizza delivery places around town, so next time we're craving delivery pizza we'll just drive to Alfredo's and get one to take home.
Honestly this it's one of the best pizzas I've try! Love the place very very friendly with customers , clean , good prices and it's an a very convenient area next to my job! Love this place!

I found Alfredo's about 2 weeks ago. At first, I didn't want to go in because the parking lot was empty (around 5 pm on a Monday). My friend and I decided to venture in because of the reviews I saw on urbanspoon. Wow! Best decision of the day! I got a meat calzone and my friend got chicken Alfredo. It was one of the best calzones I've had. Super fresh. Super cheesy. Super amazing. Since that day, my friend (that plays men's basketball at BSC) has brought half his team. They are now regulars. It's definitely a go to place for us college kids now. It's super cheap for a pile of food. Definitely a place to check out!!
Yummy. GREAT pizza... Had the Hawaiian pizza and do not have a single complaint. Best. Pizza in Birmingham. Only downside is their pasta dish the chicken Alfredo was not so good. But they're known for their pizza so stick with that!

Great Stuffed Pizza!. I was drawn to Alfredo's Pizza Cafe after looking up the reviews on this site and was not dissapointed. The menu is quite extensive and has something to satisfy just about anyone in your family or group. I ordered the hawaiian stuffed pizza and planned on it being for dinner and lunches for the next few days. The pizza was well cooked, looked delicious and most importantly was not too greasy as many stuffed pizzas tend to be. It was very tasty and amongst the best stuffed pizzas I have tried. It was well priced and less expensive than what I have paid for simliar pizzas. The staff were prompt answering the phone and friendly as well which is always a bonus. I would definetely return to Alfredo's if in the Homewood area again and would highly recommend it to others.
Love this lil place. Great prices for pretty good food, I always go for the lunch special, its always a great bang for your buck! and the people here are always smiling and happy to help you! which makes all the difference to me :)
THE BEST CALZONES EVER. I also have eaten everything on the menu and it all has been excellent. You can't go wrong eating here. Great prices too
LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!!!!. I love this place. I have been going there once or twice a week since the place opened. They have quality food at a really great price. The owner is very hands on and the staff is amazing. I have even wanted something that wasn't on the menu and they made it for me anyway. I work in a Hotel here in Homewood and I always recommend Alfredo's to my guest. and they love it as well. This is my go to spot from now on!!!!
Love it. Been eating with Moo at his Crestwood location for about 15 years. Now he's only a few blocks from the house. Great guy, calzones with fresh baked bread, family atmosphere, and VERY reasonable. We'll keep coming back!
My favorite restaurant I was devastated when the Pelham location closed and I'm so happy there is a new one on this side of town, I used to eat at the Pelham location every day. The food is every bit as good as the food in Pelham or the original location.

Excellent food. I went there on the recommendation of a co-worker. And will she get a thank you! They have THE BEST philly cheesesteak I've ever had. On freshly toasted ciabatta bread, this sandwich was a perfect pick-me-up after a rather horrid day. I intend on becoming a regular there.
Been coming here since the first week they opened. Started with the lunch specials, have yet to have anything that I would not or have not ordered again! I have gone from once a week to three to four times a week. Absolutely love the Hawaiian pizza! The muffaletta is straight from NewOrleans. All the bread is fresh, and made in-house, so the rolls are great, the pizza dough is fantastic, and the hoagie rolls are great! The sauce is almost as good as I make at home... I highly recommend this place, the menu is fantastic!
I have been coming to Alfredo's Pizza Cafe since 1999. The owner cares about his customers and always strives to take care of them. The service has always been courteous and fast. Their food as always awesome and is consistently so. I have been hoping for them to open one up near me and they finally have. I suggest this place for everyone who is looking fir a good price and great food. I will continue to be a patron for as long as this place is around.
I was very apprehensive about Alfredo's but had a few minutes one night and tried it. It was good, I eat out A LOT and have eaten tons of great pizza and Italian food and while this isn't the best I ever had it was good and priced right. Great fast food alternative. The garlic rolls were my favorite. Been there twice. I will go back.

Alfredos is the place to go. My family and i found alfredos to be the best place around. the atmosphere is awesome here the friendlyest people ever. i had the baked ziti with meat sauce & a amazing garlic roll. this is a dish everyone must try it will have your tasted buds saying WOW!! it was pasta with the most incredible sauce topped off with mozzarella cheese. my husband had a meat calzone. when we got home he was still talking about it and he has told everyone at work as well. I would suggest everyone to try it. It was the best experience my family has ever had.We will definetly be going back for more.You have got to try it.
