Great hole in the wall for some home style fried chicken at a good price. Being a home grown southern boy from the south side, I got the fried chicken gizzards which were also on point.
Shark's is a great place to stop by and grab something to take home for dinner. The portions are large. The fried trout is my favorite dish. I love how they leave the skin on the trout when they fry it. This makes it taste GREAT! The wait is short, and you are easily distracted by the tvs and activity of the Greensprings Hwy and Oxmoor Rd intersection. Shark's is one of those gems in a gas station!
Everytime i go im please with my order especially when i want something like chicken liver fried kinda soft and it done just rite by the cook please keep him he is good well I didnt get restless waiting cause the tv catch ur attention its always on sports and my order came b4 i know it which keep me n my friends coming back. It a Sharks near me in Bessemer but i like this 1 much better they not as good. n the service is well they didnt make me want to come back no time soon i will rather put gas in the car and go get my $ worth!!!! :-) So 2 thumbs up Sharks on Greensprings !!!:-):-)
You can tell the grease is clean. Gizzard are awesome!!!
