The workers are always nice. But I literally was given meat 2x after I told them I wanted a egg and cheese biscuit. The girl repeated my order but they still gave me the wrong thing. I would’ve went back a third time if I wasn’t going to be late for work. (I should’ve checked before I left) but they usually don’t mess it up.

Very slow service, employees act like you’re bothering them to place an order. No greeting just what do you want? No basic customer service skills at all. I’m not from the area, on my way through and thought I’d get something to eat. You will not get a receipt from here even if you ask.

My wife and I went between 10-11pm and the service was slow and a bit unprofessional. They didn't have certain menu items in stock and they didn't get my order right. I had to circle back around and get back in a slow moving line to fix my order. By the time I got back to the window, my food was warm and it wasn't really good. It actually gave me an upset stomach. It'll be a while before my wife and I go back.

The kiosk ordering process is inefficient and germy as no one cleans the screens after touches. The bun of my fish filet was stale and the sauce was oozing out of my sandwich on one side. Ate a few bites then trashed it. Dining room was dirty too.

I stopped at the store on lakeshore this morning which is not my first time, it was okay that they didn't have the sausage burrito, but this is not the first time I've ordered the gravy biscuit and it seems like everytime I get the gravy biscuit,the biscuit is so hard you can't eat, they don't have to worry about me every stopping at that store again thanks for nothing I feel like always give my money away when I stop at the lakeshore store,I gave them one star,because I was not able to give anything lower

My food tasted like old grease (yes I know it's fast food, worked in it for many years) and when I asked for a receipt (for business purposes) I sat in the drive thru for over 10 mins because EVERY employee disappeared. I didn't know it would be such a problem.

Customer service isn't the worst I've seen. The fries are unfortunately always either over cooked or cooking in old oil. I always go at lunch time.

Newly redone interior is beautiful. My kids love the play place and it always wears them out! Love the option to place an order on the screen instead of waiting in line. Great all around!

The food was not good. I was dining in, I had to go get my food, the fries were cold and the bread on the fish sandwich was hard. There was a big leak coming from the soda fountain, water was everywhere! I took my 4 year old granddaughter and she played in the play room. The tables were dirty and when I asked one of the workers to clean the tables he said ok, but never came back! I will never go back again!

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through for my food and had to remind the person that kept bringing out everyone elses food what I ordered! I ended up going inside to get my food! Horrible Horrible service! I guess that I was just not important to that particular person!

Just made a quick stop at this location to use the restroom and during this time i witnessed 2 employees go in and use the restroom and walked right out without washing their hands....very grotesque. Would not even get a drink at this location if it were the last in the area.

I have the worst case of food poisoning in my entire life because I ate at this location! I'm still sick...it's been 14 hours and counting. The play place smelled very funky! Right then, I should have requested a refund and left!
