Kudos to the young lady that took my order today!!! She was patient, and make my frozen coffee excellent!! So excellent, I had to leave her a tip! It's usually young men that take the order and make my coffee, and they do fairly okay, but today it was perfect!! Thank you so much and you all keep up
They do not have the lobby open which I hate but not the end of the world. I never know what to order because everything I want seems to be discontinued or it’s not available. I asked the man on the speaker what he suggested and the drink he suggested I ended up ordering. Gotta say it’s my new favor
Extremely slow due to short staff. Manager not interested in provided good quality customer service to the public. Refused to allow customers inside of store even after Covid regulations allowed it. When I questioned the integrity of their work to provide good customer service she am just laughed. W

Worst experience I’ve had in a long time. We’ve never had Dunkin, so we didn’t really know what we wanted to try. They constantly rushed us in the drive thru not allowing us to look at the menu. the worst dunkin’ i’ve ever been too. my drink LITERALLY has no coffee in it at all. it’s all milk creamer and caramel. my doughnut is rock hard and shattered when i banged it against the counter. burnt a half and inch deep into the whole doughnut. surprised bc i always have good experiences. won’t
