Used the order ahead function but still had a fairly decent wait for the order on site. Ordered 5 custard mixers and was brought a 4-spot drink holder with one loose in the center. Would have been nice to add a lid and put one in a bag so I didn't have to balance the entire drive or another holder.

Had a satisfying take out experience at Culver's! The service and food were GREAT! Eat at Culver's a lot and are satisfied (most of the time) with the staff. Food is ALWAYS good!
Employee seemed like she didn’t care to even be there. Why show up then? Forgot my fries with my order that I went through the drive thru with. Didn’t realize until I got all the way back home. You guys are great at your job!
I always loved this fast food restaurant because it has the smooth soft serve ice cream and most of all very pleasant to their customers.

Consistently makes my concrete mixer wrong when I do end up going to the Homewood location. I ask for a mixer with extra Oreos in and on the side and I always have to ask again for the extra Oreos to which i rarely get after the second request.
Culver's is culver's. They're pretty consistent with other locations. There's one thing that's worth noting though. The Flavor of the Day listed on the website is not accurate. On several occasions I've made a trip to that location under false pretenses. A minor annoyance for sure but not after you'
