I had the orange chicken and the sesame chicken and the rice the rice was horrible it tasted mushy and I look like dishes dislike them cleaning it and then it has been cooked in it it was nasty me and my coworker sweet and I like it and we gave it back that's how you see the little cup of noodles on the side that were better is it okay to be the first time in this happened with their rice that I know of but it was not good I threw it in the garbage as well as my coworkers. They gave us all noodles to compensate for it customer service was good to the looks sketchy of a tell her that but yeah it was not good they look in the garbage can without the food.

They ran out of food options by 8pm and started cleaning up for close on a Friday night. Never order online from this location your order will be messed up. You will pay for premium options and get regular items because the kitchen closes at 8PM. I called into the 800 number and was told I would be reimbursed the difference for the substitution of my premium item. They said 3-5 days. That never happened. This is not a reputable business to spend your hard earned income at.

So, only reason why I gave 4 instead of 5 is the consistency of their food, because I order here almost every weekday.
Sometimes there are staple dishes that are missing like super greens and mushroom chicken or the rice is underdone and crunch?? etc. but today 3/23/22 at around 1:15PM, the chef produced amazing quality entrees.
The Kung Pao Chicken was on point - spicy and salted to perfection. They served me perfect vegetable portions, so there was a good chunk of zucchini in there and peppers.
They did right when they prepared the food and it had this beautiful charred and smokey taste that mimics barbecued meats - only achieved with proficient wok skills.
Sorry no photos because I already finished my food but it looks just as how it is displayed.

Never again. Placed an online order on 4/11/22 @ 11am. Went to pick it up @ 11:15 am. Doors were all locked. People inside were ignoring me at the door. I went to the drive thru to get my prepaid order. One car ahead of me. Noone was in the store. Noone responded for 2 plus minutes. I finally say Hello? She says hold on. She hears me complaining in my car on the phone about this nonsense wait. And tells me she can refund my order. LMAO. I really hope that lady isn't a manger. Anyway, NEVER GOT MY REFUND. Had to dispute the transaction with my bank, telling them, they wouldn't give me the order. Need less to say never going back to this place because of that lady on the speaker. Good luck to you if you do.

I had counted this company out bcuz the one in CCH has really dry food. This location, the food was moist and HOT as it should be....great job Panda!

I've been coming to this location for years now but over the last year the quality has significantly gone down in quality and service. I went through the drive through and paid for my food at the window and was told to park out front, there was 3 or 4 other cars also waiting. I waited for nearly 30 minutes before finally going inside, and presented my receipt and got my food. The quality of the food is not good at all, it's all dry and over cooked, which wouldn't have been too much of a problem if they put enough sauce on the meat, I don't even wanna finish the food I got. Management needs to get its act together, this is not the first time I've had a problem here. This place used to be great, but I don't see myself coming back to this Panda Express location for a while.
