This location was very busy on a Sunday morning. It was difficult to get in & out of customer parking because of the long line of cars in the drive thru. Staff was polite and service was fast. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner.
Poor customer service. The worker was less than helpful in answering questions about their products. The cup was too hot even with the cardboard sleeve. The cup was filled to the brim and spilled over. Over-rated!
The parking /Drive thru arrangement does not work. Be careful not to park in their lot during peak hours. You are guaranteed to get blocked in.
Very fast drive-thru w/good service! We had about 6 drink orders w/food and they got everything correct!! Vanilla Chi Tea Hot is my favorite!!!
I go to this starbucks alot irs a very nice location in downtown homewood, no complaints food is good drinks are good. Around the holidays it can get very crowded inside other then that it's not crowded like that all the time for the most part most a great little place.
My favorite Starbucks, I love the staff here they're always friendly and welcoming.
