I went to get a iced latte and after I paid the lady handed me a cup of milk. I grabbed a cup and looked at it and noticed it was all milk with no espresso. I politely told the lady that it appears they missed the espresso. She told me that’s how it is and if I want espresso it’s an extra two dollar
