Food was ok, but it took them a long time to bring it out (I was about to go inside to ask for it). Also, they have raised prices on each of the items I bought so that led to a significant increase in the price paid for a recurring order. One good note: the waiting period has decreased for the time
The late night staff is terrible, outside of hearing them complain about my car as they, "jammed" to their music.
They also got my order wrong, I usually avoid McD's but I gave it a shot....suspicions reaffirmed.
Do not come here after 7pm. Takes 30mins just to use the drive-thru. Honestly, you’re better going to the McDonald’s on 167th because the line moves faster.
This McDonald’s is trash! They messed up my order three times. The 3rd mistake I didn’t catch until I was home. They gave me a hamburger happy meal instead of the 6pc I ordered. Then when I tried to return it argued w me until I proved her wrong. Still never even apologized after I had to drive back
Shut down at 10pm with a drive thru full of people. Just turned off all the outdoor lights and told people (when they got to the speaker) "we're closed!"
I’m absolutely disgusted. It’s 03/05/21 at 8:03pm McDonald’s Restaurant# 2215, Order# 73. I bought a fish fillet meal, the cook rubbed the bread on the floor. It had dirt smeared on it. This is the result of deporting the cooks that take pride in there work and in any job not just cooks. Hiring lazy
Quality of product has diminished, under cooked fries. The operators are just operators, not cooks. If you use your eyes you can see if fries are cooked long enough. Sometimes and extra minute is all it takes, but it takes understanding.
