Fun place. Didn’t have a reservation but they were still able to sit us at the bar just after sunset. Happy Hour ran till 9 and we ended up sitting through 2 rotations of the bar. Ya don’t realize it’s really moving until ya look up and realize you are in a completely different place. The service was good and the bartenders were appropriately sophisticated. Good place to grab a fancy drink.
Awesome views and cocktails with a fabulous bar staff, love music and a great atmosphere. If you're looking for a rooftop experience, this is it.
Be sure to get there early for Happy Hour from 5pm.
You can eat outside on the large balcony area.
We took the escalators up a level and sat at the bar.
Happy Hour food and prices were reasonably priced.
It's definitely worth ticking it off of things to do in Oahu.
Service was very good with the bar staff.
Worth a visit for at least Happy Hour.
Very easy to make a reservation, it's odd to get up to, our table was ready which was nice instead of waiting. The sun is a bit much at 630pm so 7 would have been better. The staff is super friendly and not rude or arrogant like most fancy establishments. The beer selection leaves a bit to be desired. If you're looking for a restaurant with a sunset, this is not it. There are to many buildings hiding it and that was our mistake. They bring you silverware based on what your next course is and you get new silverware for each which is nice. We never ran out of water. The view is very nice minus the tall buildings but that's fine. Here's the views, my dinner and desert
This was a nice surprise. Last visit two years ago the food was "okay" They have certainly stepped up their game! Pork chop was outstanding and the short ribs rocked! Started with the fried goat cheese caprese salad which was tasty! Duck pizza was a hit too. Now... The view of course can not be compared. Slow, slow and I mean slow rotation as you dine allows you to see Waikiki from above. Make sure you have a reservation!
VERY PRICEY! Food, service, and views are amazing but super expensive. For three of us cost about $198.00. Interesting to see the restaurant rotate around Waikiki. Best views are during sunset. Very romantic place for dates. Recommended but beware the prices are high!
My wife and I loved it! We went on a Saturday evening with reservations. The table settings are very intimate perfect for a date. The decor is very modern. Waitress was very polite and helpful with food suggestions. The food tasted wonderful.
Beautiful view, solid service, good food. Make no mistake, you're paying for the location of this restaurant. For 2 drinks, 1 appy, 2 entrees, and 1 dessert, I spent $180. However, my medium-rare filet mignon was the best steak I've ever had. Our Hawaiian Stack appetizer was merely okay, but the Molten Chocolate Butter Cake was delish. Our server's wine pairing recommendation was on point. We were there for sunset, and it was a great experience.
The streaks and seafood are amazing. The appetizers are tasty but very small servings. Their steaks are to die for and also be sure t ok try the truffle butter mash. A bit expensive bit an amazing view and lively food. Be sure to give them a try.
Cool place to dine, rotating restaurant beautiful views, should've booked earlier so we had time to choose from menu and then take in the sunset views. Good meal and server was attentive. Great way for my family to start their first visit in Hawaii!
We choose this as our fine dining meal while visiting. It didn't disappoint very nice and the rotating scenery was perfect! Ocean view for 20 min Waikiki view for 20 and views of the mountains for 20 and then back around! We had the dinner for two, with 22oz porterhouse cooked just as we asked, 2 lobsters tails good butter sauce, 2 crab legs probly the best with sides of fried parmesan potatoes and grilled carrots and asparagus! Good food but light on seasoning, a little salt and pepper as well as asking for some lemon to cut the butter sauce was perfect!
The first time we came here was for our first wedding anniversary in 2015.
Make sure you take a reservation for sunset time. Also, I believe they only take reservations for the same day. This restaurant is pricey, but you get to eat with a beautiful view. I don't think the food is amazing, but it's a cool experience for a special occasion.
The food was more than perfect. The service was great and they are very friendly. Make sure to make a reservation because they are fully booked most of the days. The view was nice.
The price is little bit expensive, except that you will spend $50-$60 average per person.
Definitely I would love to come back again.
Excellent sky-high restaurant at the top of Waikiki beach. Very reasonable prices for great cocktails, meals and, of course, the views. Worth a trip when in town. You won't regret iy. Reservations advisable.
Went with a friend at 5pm on a Saturday so we could watch the sun go down. We both loved it. Server was attentive but never made us feel rushed. She also made some excellent recommendations including the salads--blue cheese salad for me and pear salad for my friend--we agreed they were the best salads we've ever had. Entrees were very good and dessert excellent also. A bit expensive but you are paying for an amazing view, a quiet, adult environment (at least there were no toddlers or babies when we were there), and great service. I am new to Honolulu and will plan to go back for happy hour or dinner again.
Was in Honolulu for a mother daughter's trip went here our last night there. Drinks were very good and ordered 1cheesy tater tots and 1calimari puu puu platters very very good. enough there for the three of us the view was awesome. The woman's restroom has some awesome views also. You don't need a reservation for happy hour.
We had a very nice dinner in this revolving restaurant. The food was surprisingly very good and the staff very attentive. The view from above during sunset is spectacular.
