Wa ate here twice during our trip, both times we had great food and wonderful service! Both times our servers were amazing, engaging and delightful. I can't remember the name of the lady who was our server foe breakfast but Todd who was our server for dinner was the best! Todd even thanked me by name when bringing my bill to sign!! Will make sure to tell my friends!!

The meals we have had during our stay at the Hilton Waikiki from the MAC have been absolutely amazing! The service was prompt and very friendly! Highly recommend going to the restaurant or ordering room service in, either way you won’t be disappointed!

Service was great. No complaints from me. The fish and chips portion was huge. I could barely get through half. The pineapple slaw that came with it was very good.

I stayed in Hawaii for vacation the first two weeks of July in 2016 at The Vive. The concierge sent me here my first day....and then I tried everything on the menu at least once. It was all very delicious. My faves were the Chicken Fried Steak ( I ordered this 4 separate times) and the Kalua Pulled Pork Burger, but you can't go wrong with anything you order. The pancakes were light and fluffy, the flavours were out of this world. This place is 100% comfort food, and worth every penny. Elizabeth and Peter. Two of the most attentive and friendly bartenders I have ever met. By the third day (I ate here twice a day) if Peter was working, he would see me and have my iced Irish Coffee sitting on the counter at the bar. Great customer service. Elizabeth was the most creative bartender I gave met. On my last night, to celebrate my last day in Hawaii, she made me a custom drink with a coffee base (these people knew that I loved my coffee) and it was the most amazing drink I have ever had in my life. Would definitely recommend and can't wait until I come back on July 1st! Less than a week now!

Best breakfast on the island. I especially like the pancakes. They’re made with a sweet batter, like in the South.

"In a world," where it's impossible to find a restaurant open after 10 pm, MAC 24/7 is like a beacon of salvation & satiation in Waikiki. I only order the same thing every time; red velvet pancakes with cream cheese butter, breakfast potatoes, eggs over medium, pineapple juice and coffeee. And it's perfect every time.

We really enjoyed having breakfast here. The portions are huge and the food was delicious. Try the loco moco and spare rib and eggs (da kine breakfast). They had great breakfast margaritas too!

Not a bad breakfast spot. Convenient location if you are staying nearby. A bit on the expensive side just like most restaurants in the area. The food and service was great so I'd come back.

Great customer service although food is hit or miss. We had a daily resort credit so we used it at this restaurant almost everyday during our 7 nights stay. We ordered everything from their pancakes to quesadillas, burger and Loco moco. The Loco moco was very good, along with the burger and pork burger. The pancakes and other breakfast foods were just ok.

Excellent acai bowl for breakfast. Lots of places to sit and friendly service. I used my $18 Hilton gold benefit towards breakfast.

We’ll be back. My wife and I along with a colleague enjoyed a delicious and delightful dinner. We had the wild caught salmon and brick chicken. The layers of flavor were amazing. Chef Joel truly knows his craft. We sat at a high top table and watched what seemed like the entire menu pass by to other guests. It all looked perfect. Our server Elaine was witty and attentive. You won’t be disappointed.

It exceeds my expectations as an on-site restaurant in Hilton. With the daily 18 dollar credit per day per person, it's almost just paying the tips out of pocket for each meal. And the food here is actually good! Service is also great 🙂

Hidden gem inside the Waikiki Hilton. The Banana Mac pancakes with cinnamon butter were to die for. Order them with coconut syrup - it’s a must! Our waitress Patty was hilarious and the price was on point!

Excellent food consistently and exceptional service every time! We stayed at the Hilton Waikiki Beach and given that the restaurants in the area were completely booked we decided to just eat in the hotel restaurant, which is the same restaurant that serves room service. Our expectations were low but we were very pleasantly surprised. The food was so delicious that we decided to eat breakfast there again the next morning. Overall, we ate here 4 times during our stay and it was consistently delicious, filling, and the service was exceptional! My go-to meal was the M.A.C. attack, which consisted of eggs (your way), Polynesian sausage, which was scrumptious, hickory smoked bacon, home fried potatoes, which were incredible, and pancakes. Great value and delicious! My husband and son ordered the spinach and mushroom omelette with cheese and hollandaise sauce on the side, and my daughter’s go-to was the grilled cheese sandwich (which, by the way, is not on the menu), tomato basil soup, and fries. Delicious every time!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great breakfast! Not as expensive as other breakfast places in the area. Nice atmosphere. The staff is fun and friendly. Food tastes great. Had a breakfast shake option. I had the Moco Loco. It was amazing. I have not had it before.

The omelets are the best here, and the potatoes flavorful with sautéed peppers and onions. The pancakes are huge with fruit and whip cream on top if you like it that way. There is the Mac challenge for $35.00: If you can eat 3, 14inch pancakes with fruit and whip on top within 90 minutes and with no help...the meal is free, you receive a tshirt, and get featured on their wall of fame. The waitress Addy is delightful and works hard to ensure you have a great experience. The breakfast wait can be up to an hour due to limited staffing.

M.A.C. 24/7 Restaurant and Bar offers a delightful dining experience for both the late-night wanderer and the breakfast enthusiast. Nestled in the heart of the city, this establishment caters to those looking for a quality meal at any hour. Their diverse menu showcases a beautiful amalgamation of classic favorites and innovative dishes that surprise the palate. One of the standouts for me was the attentive service. Staff members are not only prompt but also genuinely warm, making every visit feel personalized. The ambiance strikes a balance between a laid-back setting and an upscale eatery, making it perfect for both casual get-togethers and special occasions. A slight drawback is that during peak hours, the place can get a bit noisy, which may not be ideal for those looking for an intimate setting. Additionally, some dishes, while flavorful, can be a tad on the pricier side for what you get. All in all, M.A.C. 24/7 has solidified its place as a go-to spot for many locals and visitors alike. It's a testament to their commitment to quality and service. If you're in the area and haven't tried it yet, you're in for a treat!
